The Taipei City Urban Design and Land Use Development Permit Review Committee convened a meeting in the morning to discuss three cases, including the Taipei Station Specific Dedicated Area C1, D1 Joint Development and Construction Project 1st Change Design Case.

Members of the Metro Council did not express any views on the adjustment of floor heights and the public welfare foyer of the State Council, but in the section on greening, they requested that attention be paid to the planting of tree species and the provision of facilities such as tables and chairs on high floors.

Officials from the Rapid Transit Authority (MRTA) present at the meeting said that C1 and D1 will adopt a unified operation mode and will be co-managed with Taipei Twinstar, and the Metropolitan Audit Commission (MAC) mentioned that the proposal will be incorporated into the contract and asked Taipei Twinstar to cooperate with the process. The Metropolitan Audit Commission discussed and approved the amendment.
After the meeting, the MRT Engineering Bureau pointed out that the C1 and D1 development projects obtained construction licenses in October 111, and that the investors, in order to optimize the use of functionality and disaster prevention performance, filled in the non-essential floor plate voids and then lowered the number of floors and the height of the building to increase the use of the purpose, which is in line with the market demand for operation.
